Sundays at Christ Lutheran Church

Each Sunday we gather for community worship in the sanctuary at 10:30am. At Christ Lutheran Church you will be welcomed as you are.

The weekly church bulletin outlines the service. Each week, worship services include music, the reading of scripture, prayer, responsive readings, a children’s message, a sermon, and an offering of gifts. Some services include celebrations of Holy Communion, baptism, or the reception of new church members.

During the worship service children are invited to take part in Kids’ Club (a time for stories, crafts, drama, music, cooking, and more) during the sermon.

Before communal worship in the sanctuary an Adult Forum meets for an hour beginning at 9:15am. The Adult Forum explores relevant topics through Bible study and discussion.

Family Programs

Kids Club introduces children to the Bible and strives to build healthy friendships and behaviors that draw kids closer to God and lays the foundation for a faith-filled life.

Special Youth Activities (for youth 6th grade and up) are held throughout the year.  These activities include outings, trips, Bible study, games, and much more are held throughout the year.

Every several of months Special Family Events take place, including a yearly Chocolate Festival, Piñata Party, and Friendship Sunday.

Justice and Outreach

The Justice Team coordinates compassion programs and seeks to bring about the kingdom of God by living in faith.  The Outreach Team exists to examine how the church goes about its call to share Christ’s love.
