Are you Grounded in Prayer?

Vicar Lynn will lead a series of mini-retreats focusing on strengthening and enlarging our prayer life. Each week's forum will offer guidance for new and creative, or old and comfortable ways to pray.  This is not a lecture class! Each Sunday's prayer practice will stand alone, so if you cannot come to all of the forums you won't be lost just dropping in.  Some of the retreats will include ways to introduce children to the art of prayer and offer you an opportunity to pray with your children and grandchildren.  

We will gather @ 9:15 each Sunday in the Fellowship Hall.  Join us!

January 22 - Praying the Scriptures - Artful Prayer  (Ages 1st grade to Adult)
January 29 - More Praying the Scriptures - Lectio Divina
February 5 - Intercessory Prayer - Praying in Color  (Ages 1st grade to Adult)
February 12 - Corporate Prayer - Writing and Praying the "Prayers of the People"  (Older grade school children could participate in this experience!)
February 19 - Listening for that "Still, Small Voice.."  - Practicing the Presence of God through Centering Prayer
